Some time off
So I have decided to take this week off and rest my back. Yes I tweaked it again doing deadlifts not as bad as last time, however, sore enough to warrant no WODs. I feel I am always going to be prone to this type of injury as it is the 3rd time it has happened, either that or I need to really hammer in my midline stability which I feel is my main concern at this point. I feel pretty solid that my form is good, however, not having any one to watch me I cannot tell. I need to take more videos of myself during the lifts. I am making good progress with the 5/3/1 program and I do not want to stop. I would like to meet my goal of 2x BW with Deads and Back squat. I feel a little time off to let my body destress from the demand I have been putting on it will not hurt any. Any way I will be heading to Fury Saturday morning to join Josh and pick his brain on my form and then maybe a 5K after that. We will see. I will let you know how it goes.
