I feel I have been in a funk lately. I hurt my back a couple of weeks ago and took about 1.5weeks off and have not been able to get back into it as of yet. My 5/3/1 strength has gone down which I figured it would. Today was just a typical WOD working on getting stronger. I felt I did good for the weight I used.

15--push press 30# DB
5rounds + Front Squats
I felt good that I was able to use 155#
