HEAVY!!

Today was a mainsite WOD

Three rounds, 9-6-and 3 reps, for time of:
165 pound barbell Thrusters
Muscle-Up


I used 155# which was a good weight, I could have used 165# but it would have been too much of a strength WOD as opposed to a heavy Metcon. I am excited that I used 155# and MUs are MUs. Time was 642, not competitive by any means but good for me.
