Murph, I do not like you
"Murph"
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
Start off by saying I have a 20# vest but I did not wear it. 43:30 was my time, my previous was 51 something. An 8min difference is great, however, not my goal. My goal was 33min, pretty hefty I know but I have to challenge myself. I feel next time around I could push out sub 40. Push up get me everytime

I had no idea what to expect with this WOD. I was anxious and eager at the same time. I started out great with the first mile not out of breath and felt like I could run another one no problem. The pull-ups felt really good as well, so did the first 100 Push-ups, however, this is where things started going down hill. I realized during this WOD that I do not have the muscular endurance in certain muscles to maintain the level of intensity needed to really get the best time. The second 100 Push-ups on were hell. At least I have something to shoot for next time around. Here was my spilts and total time:
7:44, 6:01, 13:23, 13:28, 10:30 Total 51:08
My goal was 45min, not bad: but could of been alot better.
The next WOD is deadlifts which I am excited for. I have been reading the journal articles on midline stabilization and how mastering this littel technique can help improve lifts like deads, squats, press, etc. My last max was 205, I am shooting for 225
