Today's WoD was a return to high rep/high speed pull ups.  I thought my hands were back to normal.  Oh how wrong i was.  Nothing tore off, but I am definately feeling the hurt. 
The WoD = Cindy
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
I got 20 rounds, 5 pull ups and 10 pushups.   Next time, 22 rounds.
Also, I forgot to post on the run from Saturday.

All with  9 minutes break in between.  This was to allow the glycogen systems restore (per the rest article in the journal)
Sunday was supposed to be my rest/hockey day.  We were VERY short handed and I spent about 35 of the 45 minutes on the ice and I was not gassed by the end.  Yes, I was tired, but Crossfit has given me a level of fitness that allows me to maintain a much higher level of activity for a longer period of time.
