Today was, quite possibly, the hardest crossfit workout: Eva.

run 800 meters
30 KB swings at 2 pood
30 pull ups
I was truly worried about this workout leading up to it.  I started with 2 pood (70 pounds) as a dumbell swing.  After 2 sets, I was worried that I would lose my grip and toss the dumbell at the treadmill or throw out my back.  I did the last 3 sets at 1.5 pood.  I finished in 56:16.  I had to walk to and from the pull up bar, and I needed an extra couple of seconds per round to record my split times.  All that being said, I could have definately pushed a little harder with less rest between running and Kb swings and breaking up my swings less.  I also might have been able to run faster than 8 mph if it hadn't been just 12 hours removed from Cindy.  With every workout, I am learning how hard to push and setting a baseline from which I can improve. 
Oh yeah, I tore another blister open.
