I was shooting for sub 9, but I wasn't close.  I took 4-5 breaths on the last round of KB and rds 2 and 3 on pullups, mostly due to grip.  I think yesterday's WoD really affected my grip for today.  Regardless, that is 54 seconds better than last time.  I really wish I could do some of these on the street.  The treadmill is really a drag.  I need to start timing when it gets up to speed, because starting when I push 'go' looses me about 8 seconds in start up time.  Oh yeah, I also need to run faster if I am going to catch OPT's 1:15 run time (mine was around 1:35 each time).
Tomorrow, I'll make up a Wod for home use of the new boxes and pull up bar.  Maybe some sprints and boxes.
