I wanted to do a home WoD today, so i did my version of a spartan mile.  I ran 1 mile with the 45 lb bar overhead.  Rests as needed (there were plenty) but the bar can't touch the ground and no moving if the bar isn't overhead:  18:15.
This was a lot tougher than i thought.  my grip is shot and my shoulders are dead, but my legs are tired like I ran a 5K.  I guess the altered posture and work on core stability adds to the leg stress.  In any case, it was good to put the bar to use.  Now I just need some plates and a KB...
and a GHD, and a platform, and a rope, and lifting shoes.....
