So, Today is the first day I can truly say my body was not into Crossfit. I do not know if it was because I am mentally or physically tired. I went to the gym, changed, did the warm up and then started testing the weight for "DT" and thought to myself, "This is not going to happen today" I also thought about doing "Helen" instead and felt like I would not give the WOD the intensity I should and I did not want to feel like I went through the motions. I think my body is telling me that I need a rest day. I will have to scale the hang power cleans for "DT", however, I am going to try and keep the DL and the PJ at 155. We will see what tomorrow brings. Early to bed tonight with lots of water and downtime.
