Last time I did this in 23:04 with anchored sit ups.  Shaving off 3 minutes with harder sit-ups.  I should be thrilled with this result, but...
Competition is motivating and I am very competitive.  I wanted to make sub 20, but I really wanted to match Jason's sub 19 time.  Early on, I ran into the unfortunate realization that I should have taped my pull up bar.  The slipperiness led to an additional 1-2 minutes in grip problems, but there is still no way I should have taken even 6 minutes for those pull ups.  That really frustrated me, but I struggled back and got close to sub 20.  I finish nearly every metcon workout thinking "next time"  one of these times I am going to finish a metcon and think "that was IT"  This was aparently not it.
