This one is right up my alley.  The heavy metcons are my cup-o-tea.  
Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
11 rds. 
last time I got 10 rounds, but that was in the AC at the gym.  Next time, when the weather is cooler, I want 12+.  
Unfortunately, i am stuck in a rut of WoDs at night.  When i have late hockey games, it is hard to work out Monday morning.  Then it is hard to put a night Wod and a morning Wod back-to-back.  That means I have to work out at night, after the kids are in bed.  From 8-9 I do my thing, but it makes for a late night.  I may have to adjust and just make it happen Monday morning or do a monday night and tuesday morning to get back into my rhythm.
Tomorrow is Nate.  DAMN!!!
More HSPU?  I will probably go to the gym for a 2 pood experience, since I don't have any KBs at home yet.  the Mups and KBs aren't the prob, it is the HSPU.  I guess I need to hit my weaknesses harder.  When are we going to have more 300lb DL wods so I can feel better about myself?
