This was only the third time in the last year that I haven't set a PR on a repeated WoD.  I tried Karen (150 wall ball shots for time) this morning.  I used a 12-inch box to make sure I was going to full depth each rep.  I didn't do that last time, so this was a true starndardized test.  I did it in 10:33 and last time was 10:14.  I'm not sure what happened.  I got the first 50 3 minutes, but things got dicey from there.  I didn't every really stop for a long period, but I had to chop things up too much.  I should have pushed through the lactic acid burn more than I did, but I still feel like I lost a minute or two in there somewhere.  
This has been a rough week.  Ryan killed me, the du and situp wod got me frustrated, I blacked out during yesterday's PP and now this.  I'm not sure if I need a recovery period, but this is getting old.  I'm trying to not get too discouraged and just evaluate what the problem might be.  Maybe the problem is that I need to work on some of these other skills and spend less time in my comfort zone with the barbell stuff.  Not sure but I hope I figure it out soon.
