I was not excited to see Fight Gone Bad last night.  Normally I love this one, but I wasn't looking forward to it today.  Nevertheless, I put in a good effort.  I wanted to average 25 on all minutes except rowing (where i wanted to hit 20 at least once).  Here is my break down:
wall ball    25, 25, 17
SDHP         25, 25, 20
Box jump     26, 24, 20
Press        25, 20, 15
Row          20, 15, 16
You can see that I felt good going into the second round, but the presses really killed me.  I never recovered and struggled in the third round.  My total was 318, which was my exact prior PR.  Not bad for my mental state.  I actually stopped 10-15 seconds early on each exercise on the first round to pace myself and make sure I transitioned well.  The second round needed all 60 seconds to complete the reps.  I did much better at pacing, I just needed to up the effort on round 3 and push through the pain a little more.  If I could have kept my 25's up, I could have gotten 351.  My new goal for next time.
