Today was 5 rds of 
30 GHD and 25 back extension in 16:42.  I can't find my previous time, but I think it was >20 minutes.  This was my first time on an actual GHD and it was great and awful at the same time.  My quads and hamstrings were toast (which means I was pulling with my legs well) but my abs won't release.  I am stuck with a constant contraction.  It was hard to keep going, but the girl on the GHD next to me was keeping pace with me, so it kept me pushing and I finished just 12 seconds ahead of her.  You don't get that in your garage.  I know I won't have a landmark time on this one, but it was a good improvement for me, I think.
I am also doing HSPU in my warm up every day.  Hopefully they start to get easier.  I can now do 5 straight and 4 straight, but the third set is toast.  It will improve, as long as I keep up with it.
