On a rest day at Fury, you make up a wod you missed over the weekend or, like today, do a group WoD.  We did the group wod but got a late start while waiting for one of the guys to finish his front squats.  We did the following:
row 1000 m,750 m, 500m with your partner doing DU until you finish rowing, then switch.  My partner and I did great.  It is hard to quantify your own effort, but it was fun and a good workout.  I hope this comes up more often.
