I went att his at about 85%.  It has been a tough week and I wanted to work on pacing through this.  I still got a good time, but I never went full bore at this.  It was interesting to see how pacing helped me toward the end, but I could have probably shaved off a minute if I had gone 100%.  It was the pushups that slowed me the most, but we haven't dont that many in a long time. 
We also followed up on our max rep wallball attempt from last week in warm-up.  I got 30 last time when he said go at 90% and I got 45 today.  He wants to work us up to 150 in a row.  Next time I want 60.  If I can string that many together in a row I may not suck at wall ball as much down the road.  Maybe.
