Today we did 5x5 back squats - a particular strength of mine.
305 lbs for all 5 sets.  It got hard, but I see gains
Then the 09 games triplet
AMRAP in 8 minutes
4 HSPU at parallete depth
8 2 pood KBS to true vertical
12 GHD with both hands to floor
3 rds +1 HSPU
The KBS and GHD were a snap with absolutely no problems.  The HSPU were awful.  I have gotten complacent with them and haven't been practicing at home.  I have made major gains, but am still deficient in that area.  I need to do more of them and to full depth on paralletes or stacked plates.  This is going to get me everytime it comes up in a wod unless I do something about it.
