This was a nemesis of mine that I really dreaded coming up again.  I had fallen apart on the wallball before, and the box jumps were slow singles.  Today, I got close to taming this girl.

I didn't figure out a manageable rep scheme on the wallball until round 3, when I did 8,7,8,7 with short breaks between.  My runs were the slowest, but that is no surprise given my performances lately.  The jumps were no trouble now that I am more comfortable with the faster cycle time.  I got tired, but it was more of a rhythm.  Now that I can do the faster cycle time, I think it is easier and much less work than singles.  I thought I could go sub 25 today, but I know I can next time, maybe even sub 24 if I can get my runs dialed in a bit more.
