Today started out with work on wall walks and pistols.  
Then 5x5 of DL.  I only got through 3 sets, but I got a new PR at 385 with great back stability.  Then we had to start the 50

24" box jumps - 1:56/1:19
Jumping pullups - 0:42/0:43
KB Swings(1 pood) - 1:42/1:40
lunge steps - 1:15
K2E - 3:18
   Last time LS and K2E 5:49 (forgot to hit lap button between these items)
45 lb push press - 1:38/1:22
back ext - 1:43/1:38
wall ball - 4:11/3:50
Burpees + DU- 5:04+1:50/6:08 (forgot to hit lap button between these items)
Total - 24:39/21:04
The K2e felt great and the burpees were an attempt to not stop moving the whole time.  The wallball got me, again.  I struggled with this as my legs just didn't want to move anymore.  I struggled too much on jump rope with poor coordination.  I think my rope was moving faster than I was able to move.  I know that with better time on wall ball and DU, I can bo sub 20 easily.  Add in a slightly faster rep time on some others, and "watch out!"
