Weakness Weak

First it was 50 HSPU, then rope climbs, later will be more HSPU. I guess I need to work on some specific skills

We started with some 100m-ish sprints, then..
5 rds
9 hang squat cleans @155
3 legless rope climbs
20:59, but scaled after 2 legless climbs to 'with feet'
I used a lot of time working on the first set of legless, so it could have been faster if I had conceeded sooner, but I really wanted to get more in legless. I need to work on grip strength and fast hands on the rope. I saw a good kip technique, but couldn't apply it myself. This may be something I add in occasionally to work on grip strength. Especially after heavy cleans, my grip was the biggest weakness, not the arm pull. But I got a little nervous up that high, and didn't want to fall and end training for a couple of weeks. Guess I have another goat.
