Back on track

Yesterday was hockey, so I am one day behind on WoDs. Today was 5 sets of 5 squats for max amount. Here is how it went:
CFWU first
225 x5
245 x5
265 x5
275 x5
265 x5

end with some work on the rings for 3 sets each of dips, pushups and supine pull-ups

I prefer the exhaustion of the metcon WoDs, but these are necessary for strenght improvement.
