This is my first time trying any olympic style of lifting overhead. Also for those who do not know I had shoulder surgery in Dec. of '06. I did not do the prescribed weight of 95# as this is too much for me right now. I finished the WOD in 32:32 which I feel is good for me, took it somewhat easy as I could definetly feel less stability in my right shoulder. I feel what I need to concentrate on is not necessarily the weight as I know that will come what I need to concentrate on is the intensity. I just need to go as hard and as fast as possible and worry about the weight later as my strength increases.

15reps Hang Power Snatch 95# (I used 65)
run 400 meters
Randy posted a time of 18:02 and he used the prescribed weight
