I run at the gym so I go by the level of speed and not actual time. I completed 5rounds with the following numbers

My hands hurt but I was consistent with the PUs which is what I wanted to do. I must say I am having a great time, despite the funny looks I am excited to see how much I can push myself. Tomorrow is a rest day which will be nice and I am definetly looking forward to Saturday with Randy. Josh let me know if you want to come with us, I have three guest passes, around 7am. We might take videos of olympic lifts to check our form at a later date.
