I am not a fan of the overhead lifts. Mostly because i am not comfortable and have bad form. Because I am tentative, I also end up less aggressive and I put up worse numbers than I thought I could. So, here are my numbers for the 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 of push jerk.

I think the first time I do some training with the trainer at the gym, it will be with overhead weights. Now, I have to decide if I am going to back and do Helen, or keep up and do Nicole tomorrow morning. Maybe I will let my mood in the morning decide 1) learn kettlebell swings, or 2) get more funny looks with the kipping pull ups.
