30 GHD Sit-ups 30 Hip & Back Extensions 95 pound Thrusters, 20 reps 35 Pull-ups
50 GHD Sit-ups 50 Hip & Back Extensions 95 pound Thrusters, 10 reps 20 Pull-ups

There were plenty of things to slow me down, but the sit ups were definately #1. i started with GHD sit ups (10 reps) which didn't seem too hard. I started the second set with 2-3 and realized that I was not going to make 30, nevermind the 50 that was about to kick me in the nuts. I switched to unanchored sit-ups. I had to break them into sets of 10 by the end, but I still did them all. This was a brutal workout with a shock to the system at every round.
The good news? 105 pull ups was not the hard part.
