No Turning Back

No turning at all, Period. Virtual Digging, followed by the power clean WoD has left me unable to rotate my trunk. The DOMS (delayed onset muscle soarness) has progessed through different regions, and is now in the posterior intercostals, with no signs of letting up. I guess I just have to wait it out. The 5K I missed earlier this week should be interesting tomorrow night.
