not exactly 'in the zone'

Things are getting easier with the zone diet, but I would not say it has given me a great boost just yet. I like the structure to my diet and knowing exactly what to eat each day, but I still find myself varying on 4/7 days due to eating out, unknown meal composition, or cheating. Still, I think the system is good, I am just not feeling like the HULK yet.

Today was supposed to be overhead squats, but my shoulder suggests I wait on those until I see the ortho doc on Wed. Instead, I did front squats. Being my first time, I was going easy tokame sure I got my for right. The journal article on the squat posted in the last day or 2 gave me good pointers and I feel I can really nail a good squat now. I worked on 5x5 up to 205. I think I could probably go ~20 pounds heavier next time, but a good first effort.
