Virtual Diggs

Today I did the following
For time 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 rep rounds of:
Virtual shoveling
Pull-ups
with a time of 16:46
good time I thought, however, my forearms are sore from gripping and my back is still sore from front squats. Next in line is the power clean WOD which I feel if I tried I would not be able to complete secondary to my sore back. So, I am going to do the Overhead Squat WOD, as I feel my back can handle that better. I will do the power cleans on Friday. That will give me more time to search the journal and read up on more olympic lifting techniques.
