I am seriously looking into getting some Bumper Plates. When Melissa has the baby she wants to start CrossFit and it would be difficult to do it at the gym. Also, it's Bumper Plates what better feeling than to drop 300# (that would be a Josh weight) from overhead. I might also add another pullup bar so we could at least get 2 people doing a WOD at a time. Another set of rings, the list goes on, more KettleBells, hey! I have 2 jump ropes already! The hard thing is going to be a rower. WOW! my list just got long and expensive. Great job Tommy! Keep coming back for more.
My rest day is today with my own meeting with "Kelly" tomorrow.
