Five rounds for time of:
75 pound Thrusters, 21 reps21 Double-unders
Time--14:01
I actually did better on this WOD than I thought. I am not good at thrusters and need alot of practice on them, but for some reason today I was getting through them. I had to break them up, 1round 10-11, 2-3round 5-5-5-6, 4round 7-7-7, 5round 5-5-5-3-3. The DU for some reason sucked the first two rounds I think I was hitting an abmat that was on the floor from someone else who forgot to put away their equipment, so I moved and 3-5 were unbroken.
After this WOD I was thinking of some different ways to do "Fran" in an attempt to decrease your time, here is what I came up with:
21-15-9 thrusters,
21set you would wear a 40# vest with 75# bar=115#
15set you would wear a 20# vest with 95# bar=115#
9set you would wear no vest with 115# bar=115#
So you are moving the same weight throughout all sets just in different places.
9-15-21 pullups,
9 with 40# vest
15 with 20# vest
21 with no vest
21(T)-9(P)-15(T)-15(P)-9(T)-21(P)

BTW: looks like great WoD if you can work the vest and bar change fast enough to not eat up your time.
