Aubri's First Filthy

Today was her first filthy fifty she scaled some of the items:
50 Box jump, 20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings 25 lb
Walking Lunge, 50 steps -same
50 Knees raises
50 Push press 45 lbs
50 supermans
50 Wall ball shots 10 lb at 10 feet.
50 Burpees -same
50 single jump ropes

An awesome effort. She just kept chipping away at the reps and kept moving.

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

* Run 400m with bumper plate (M:45#/W:25#)
* 25 Squats with bumper plate
* 25 Push-ups with bumper plate
* 25 Walking Lunge Steps with bumper plate
* 25 Sit-ups with bumper plate
19:09 The bumper only touched the ground once on a transition from the last pushup in round 2 when it sliped and bounced back into my arms.
I underestimated this one a ton. I thought maybe 15 minutes. Yesterday's sprints killed my legs a bit, which didn't bode well for the run, squats and lunges, but pushups and sit ups weren't exactly easy either.
