Running Squats

Four rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
50 Squats
Time=12:58

[400--1:30,Sq---1:09][400--1:45,Sq---1:27]
[400--1:52,Sq---1:34][400--1:52,Sq---1:39]

Last time I did this WOD was a makeup day and I just chose it, however, I was at the gym and rowed the 400M instead of ran. Can not find my time. I feel I did pretty good, I did not stop on the run or the squats, just kept plugging away.

We did a cool down to work on grip/forearm strength. We used a 1 and a 1.5pood KB where you carried one in each hand for 100M and then switched KB to opposite hands for the next 100M and so on for 400M. It was pretty brutal not only on the forearms but on the shoulders as well.

Congrats to Aubri on her first Filthy Fifty, for some reason I love that WOD but it always kicks my rear, I am gunning next time for sub 23min.
