I have felt the need to work on my speed lately, so i worked on an CF endurance site Wod. 200m x10 with rest between equal to 5x the work time.
I averaged 30 seconds, so I took 2:30 as a rest between each one.
My times were 31,30,31,31,33,33,34,33,33,35. This was an interesting one. I had never done this distance, so I was working on how hard to push and finding a rhythm. Man, my calves and glutes are gonna hurt tomorrow.
Aubri did 400m and 50 squats x4 in 19:50. Tomorrow she does filthy fifty for the first time. We'll see how that goes. I also start back in with CFSB. I'm going to focus on SP, DL and Overhead squats. I'm looking forward to the gains.
