Last time I did it in 14:27
this time I did it in 14:54. The increase is likely due to retaping my L hand after tape came off and a torn blister.
it is about the size of a dime and hurts like crazy. The salt I have to put on after blogging is really gonna sting. I made it through 6 rds of pullups unbroken, but ring dips were broke by round 3 (disappointing). I am realizing more and more that my upperbody strength does not match my lower body strength. Hopefully I can focus on that with the next 6 weeks of CFSB and proramming.
OPT's gym had 3 of the top 10 guys and 1 top 10 female and an affiliate cup team in the top 5. I may start to follow his gym's programming, or invictus. Then again, how many top 10 guys follow the HQ site exclusively? Maybe i just need to add some UE focus to my warm up and cool down.
