2:50, 2:54, 2:55, 2:57. I'm very happy with these times. Especially since my glutes and posterior chain are so fatigued from Linda and Tabata last night. The first run was not as fast as my first run last time, but I was able to keep my times low by pushing and keeping my legs churning.
My CFSB nmbers were off today. Just not feeling it. I got 165x1 but couldn't get x3. I got the 95 lb protocol at 15,12,9. Now I need to work up to 21,15,9.
