The only thing wrong with this WOD was during the 90sec DU my shoelace came undone and wrap around the jumprope with about 10-12secs left. Oh well, it happens. This was a fun 10min WOD and it was constant motion, I was breathing pretty good at the end.

This was deceiving as my triceps were pretty tired from the burpees and then having to do deep ring dips was tough. No stopping on the burpees and did the MU in 1s as to not attempt and miss and waste energy. I still need to work on full extension at the bottom, but in a WOD like this it is hard to concentrate on. That will have to be something I work in extra a couple of times a week to get it down.
I have been working with Melissa on her squats (air, front and overhead) She is doing really well and has good form on the air and front squat. She is able to keep her elbows high and drive out of the hole. She needs some work overhead as she has a difficult time with pressing the bar toward the ceiling with the squat and has a hard time with her balance. We will see how weight plays a factor when the bumpers come. Until then she will be practicing with wall squats and box squats to better her form and balance with her hips back and down instead of straight down. Can not wait until she can use real weight, I think she will do great.
