humility

In Crossfit, you'll never have a chance to get too proud for to long. Some heavy DL and some cleans may get you up, but then some gymnastics and body weight stuff comes up and your feeling sub-par again.

Double-under for 2 minutes
Sit-up for 2 minutes
Double-under for 90 seconds
Sit-up for 90 seconds
Double-under for 1-minute
Sit-up for 1-minute
Double-under for 30 seconds
Sit-up for 30 seconds

Post numbers of sit-ups and double-unders to comments.

DU: 87,55,42,30
SU: 54,40,20,12
Total = 340 (I added wrong earlier)

My new jump rope is not ready for a WoD yet, as I couldn't string together more than 10 in warm-up. I went with the old, heavier one, but knew my shoulders would fatigue earlier. Unfortunately I had a very hard time starting round 1 of double unders and lost 15-20 seconds on misses. My cool garmin was set for each interval, but that does you no good if it runs out of charge mid WoD. I went off the new digital clock in the garage for the rest, but the second round of sit-ups may be a bit higher, as I may have gone a little long. I'm also still working on my HSPU as a finisher. But I definitely need to finish up the CFSB and get to some skill and gymnastics stuff (my weaknesses).
