I am unable to find my time from this WOD from the previous time I completed it. Josh says I did it just over 10min which sounds about right as he did it faster than I did last time. My goal on this was sub 9, which as you can see I made by 3secs. The whole WOD was unbroken, no stopping just one exercise to the next. I am really learning how to push through the discomfort better and it shows in my numbers. It is hard to imagine non-stop work in a WOD like "FilthyFifty" but that is how you are going to drop your numbers. I bet if there was a video of Speal doing F50 you would see VERY minimal breaks, just non stop work. I want to get to that point.

Melissa is still sippin the Kool-Aid. She is still tired and has some church responsibilities that she has to take care of before September but she is jumping in there when she feels good. She did the same WOD just scaled to the following;
lunge 100ft
15 squat pull
15 situps
lunge 100ft
12 squat pull
12 situps
lunge 100ft
9 squat pull
9 situps
10:33
We are playing around with the pullups as it is a weakness for her along with her grip, so kips are hard. To easy and she does not get the benefit of the pull to hard and it negates the purpose of the WOD. She is doing a great job and I know is very eager to hit it hard 5 days a week once she is able to get more sleep.
