Cindy, Cindy, Cindy!

We started today with 10 minutes of double unders for max reps. I got 456, but would have been much higher with my rope. I have gotten very accustomed to the thin wire I use, and the longer handles of the buddy lee change things just enough to give me some trouble on the first couple of attempts. I think I could have gone >500 if I had the wire rope.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
23 rounds even

This is my first time to do this at Fury, and the set-up was a little different. I couldn't just drop down to a pushup then up to a squat where I was because of space problems. This allowed in too much time for transitions and I took mental advantage of that. 2 extra seconds on 23 rounds is enough for another round. I struggled with push ups most, but was relatively happy with the result, as I am still trying to get back into shape from the week off in Mexico. I wanted to try with butterflys, but I wasn't feeling it before hand. I knew this would severly limit my numbers, and I wasn't ready to give in to the skill building just yet. Im not sure what I'll do on a rest day tomorrow, but I'll take Thursday off in prep for the competition on Friday. I think it will be a major gut check, given what I have heard Peter say.
