Jacked-up Wrists

Today was an interesting Wod of
Front Squats
1-10-1-20-1-30

In hindsight, this was a brilliant way to work on 1RM strength and muscle endurance. I really enjoyed this one, but front squat is a pretty big strength of mine. Here are my numbers
295 x1 (probably could have gone 5-10 lbs higher, but wasn't sure how tis would go)
225 x10 (a good number for this set)
295 x1 (felt heavier)
155 x20 (too light, but I was guessing at this point. could have gone 175)
295 x1 (could not have done one more pound)
155 x30 (I met Jesus)

The hardest part of this was the rack position. By rep 20/30, I was compressed into half rack and half shoulder press position. I had Peter and Mike yellng at me to not drop it and keep going. That helped with motivation. I really fought it out and know that was my absolute 30 RM. My wrists have been sore all day, but I did feel some accomplishment with it. Now I just need to get fast so I can clean more. If I can front squat near 300, shouldn't my clean be higher than 240?
