This morning I woke up and was kinda tight and sore from the back squats and deadlifts. I decided to do a little active rest and run 1mile. I ended up coming in at 7:50. I felt alot slower than that, however, in hindsight I kept my pace pretty well and was not taxed at all when I finished. Tomorrow will be a regular WOD as to not interfer with Front Squats on Friday or Shoulder Press on Saturday.
I am in the process of finalizing everything to train out of my garage. I need to pay for the insurance and finish the blog. I will post the address when the blog is up and running so who ever follows the blog can check it out.
