I finished after 7am so I didn't remember to double check my time. I had a blood blister burst at eht 2nd round of K2E, so my grip was shot for KB and K2E. That said, it wasn't going well to begin with. The KB were a strength unitl I couldn't hold it without slippage, then lots of broken sets. The GHD and box jumps were actually going as well as I could have expected. But I couldn't get my K2E kip figured out and was resigned to strict. That killed my hand even more and meant more tax on the core. This workout left me sore all over my core (hip ext, flex, ext, flex) and a bit dejected about progress on the K2E. I guess I need a butt kicking every once in a while.
