ups and downs

Today was a less intense strength day. We started with basic warm up, then the WoD.
21 HPSU
6 rope climbs
18 HPSU
5 rope climbs
15... down to ...
6 HSPU
1 rope climb.

This was just a grueling work on HSPU. I had to use parallettes and a stack of plates, since my hand taping (blister still open) didn't allow palm on floor. That extra kick up and balance made HSPU harder, but the challenge was good for my development of HSPU. We were supposed to do a 2k row too, but we all ran out of time before we had to go to work. The rope climbs are getting easier, and I know that even the tough HSPU days mean progress is being made.
