I was supposed to do "Grace" after this but was running a bit late and honestly did not feel like do it. So I told myself I would do it after work when I got home. Well when I got home, I took Melissa through the deadlift strength and then coached her through a hang power clean version of "Grace" Then Tomy came over as he missed Monday, then it was time for dinner and I had to go to Young Men's right after that. Well after I ate I decided to JUST DO IT, not really in the mood and not knowing what to expect being right after I ate. But that is what crossfit is all about variance. I was pleasantly surprised that I did this in 5:06, it was a power clean right into a jerk.

With grace I have heard some controversy on how it is to be performed. A strict clean and jerk would take a long time as you would have to setup for the jerk each time. So what I have heard it become is floor to overhead however you can, this can be a clean into a thruster, a power clean into a push press or a jerk. I chose the latter into a jerk. Next time I will attempt the clean into a thruster. Either way it was a great workout, I did not pause at all and kept picking up the weight even though I was being told not to by the voices inside my head
Not feeling the greatest today we will see if a WOD happens or not.
