Two-fer

We did the SP, PP, PJ progression today. This is a struggle for me, as my overhead strength is a major limitation.
I tried to focus on staying heavy for all 5 sets, not working up to a 1 set max. This results in a higher total load and, hopefully, greater gains.
SP: 155, 165, 175 (fail), 170, 170
PP: 170, 180, 190, 190, 190
PJ: 155, 160, 160, 160, 135 (i think, again I forgot my numbers a bit but will adjust when the whiteboard posts)

We were supposed to do Deadlift 5x5 too, but ran out of time. I went back with Aubri to finish my work when she was getting her wod on.
355 (old PR), 365, 365, 375, 385 (fail after 2 reps)
I could tell that my grip was fading and my back was rounding, so I quit while ahead by 20 pounds from previous PR.

Lastly, Flight Simulator.

This is 7 minute PR for me. I hit the first 50 at 5 minutes after struggling at 35. I thought I could go sub 10, then I hit the second 45 and hit a wall. I missed at 40 and 38 and started to get nervous. I got back on track and got sub 14. Next time, sub 10 for sure. By the way, I love my jump rope, totally worth the $12.
