Back too soon

My back is still SORE. Sore enough that I could not do DT today. I am upset that my back is still jacked up. I guess that comes with the territory. I will take it easy this week, AGAIN and see how it pans out in the beginning of the week. I will just train around it, runs and gymnastic activity. Not alot of heavy lifting.

The wall walks are harder then you think and boy do they work your shoulders. I am pretty impressed with my muscle ups being 5,5,5,4,4 I really wanted 5's across but my shoulders were shot for being unbroken. D not know what is in store for tomorrow. Will let ya know.
