I took a rest day after a tough series of wods on Friday through Sunday.
On Saturday, Aubri and I added a row to the front of a mainsite wod.
I did 1k row followed by 10-1 of
C2B pullups,
30 inch box jumps and GHD situps

This was harder than I expected, but I am glad I added in the row to work on conditioning. I was also chasing aubri who only did a 500m row. I didn't catch her but I got close.
Sunday was a 10k run that didn't go well. Started too fast, windy and pizza the night before.
Today, the gauntlet wod from Hawaii sectional.

50 thrusters at 45 lbs
30 pullups
Then Karabeth
10 rds of
3 PS at 135
15 wallballs
then AMRAP of Cindy
highest number of cindy reps wins.
I got through 116 reps of cindy (just under 4 rounds)
The wallballs were the hardest part for me. I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong, or if I just don't have as much grit at the others, but I just couldn't keep my sets big on the wallball. If I could have rested less on those I could have killed this wod. It was a killer workout, though, and I am wrecked with muscle fatigue.
