HSPU success

This has been a tough week for the legs. Monday was the 3 position snatch where I hit 145 for the high hang, low hang and full squat snatches. Then we did

OHS
FS
BS
I finished in 15:02. I had a couple of mental errors that cost me some time (dropping the bar), but overall I was happy with the time.

Tuesday
30 mups for time: 6:53
I had 2 major wrist tears, but it only slowed me down a tad as I added chalk. I could have gone a bit faster, but I am happy with the legit PR on high rings.

Then 8 400m sprints. My times were: 1:14, 1:18, 1:20, 1:22, 1:25, 1:26, 1:23, 1:26, I was happy with the improvement, but know I could have been faster if my legs were fresh.

Wednesday
HPC 3rm at 235
then 5 rds of:
7 DL at 275
30 air squats
7 HSPU
7:51
I am psyched about this one. I'm sure others will do this faster, but I did all 5 rds of HSPU unbroken with only one time coming off wall before full pressout.

Tonight I'll work on SP and OHS for the PTP program.
