Mixing the Energy Pathways

400M run
30 Bodyweight Bench Press

800M run
20 Bodyweight Bench Press
1600M run
10 Bodyweight Bench Press
I used 140# for this WOD and I did this with a buddy of mine. My time was 30:01 but is not accurate as I had to wait for him to finish his bench press as I only have one bench and rack. This was a fun one to see how I felt pretty strong after the runs and could get at least 10-12 then drop significantly to 1-2s. I really want to do this again some day.
