Girls WODs are fun

I re-visited Kelly today. I had to do this in the afternoon as my morning was very busy, it was not to hot but you could still feel it. My face was red and hot for a good half an hour post WOD.

Last time I did this was June 11, 2009 my time then was 28:39. I am not sure how much time is achievable to take off in a year but I think 2:30 is a good number. I was really pushing for 24:30 which was around Josh's time. I took too many rest breaks with the wallballs, those things suck. I am happy with my progress and my body was wrecked for an evening.

Kelly, Not so nice

"Kelly"
Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Time 28:39

My goal was 25min, the thing that got me was the run after the wall ball. I do not know why I would just start running and it felt like I was going nowhere. My last 3 times were pretty consistent 1:27, 1:50, 2:02, 2:07, 2:08. I will be re-visiting this one later and with a time less than Josh's :)

I must say it is kind of nice not doing CFSB and mainsite WOD's in the same day, however, I will be going back to it as I need the work. It would be alot easier to do it from home with bumpers. Another reason to get bumpers, CFSB in am and mainsite WOD in pm. Do you think if I showed Melissa the list and weighed the pros and cons she would let me get some? I just put speakers and a receiver in the garage so I could listen to music while doing the WOD. Why not bumpers?
